The Tea Docents' historical journey through Taiwan sponsored by the Taiwan Tea Manufacturers Association(TTMA) - Fall of 2008. This was the first ever tour sponsored by TTMA attended by many of the notables in the American tea industry. The purpose of this tour was to give us first hand knowledge about the conditions and processes involved in created these exceptional Taiwan oolong teas.
